  Sandy compiled over 40 moves in just over a decade, which was a great introduction into the Real Estate world. A native of Canada,  she returned and settled in Middleton with her husband, son and daughter, labrador and cats. Her passion for helping people find the perfect place to call home, came from the invaluable experience of relocations across the continent and in Europe.  Due to her husband's hockey career, she had the opportunity to live in varying accommodations with each new city, and appreciate the different trends in architecture, amenities and use of space. Thus began her challenge and interest to get creative and turn a blank canvas into a stylish and comfortable place that always felt like home. As a Realtor in the Madison area, she has had the opportunity to see the impact that staging a space has on the sale of a property. Not only for the Buyer without a vision, but in the profits the Seller receives. Although she has given up the moving boxes, she continues to re-stage her own home (adding to her throw pillow collection) and figure out ways to make small affordable changes with big impact. On her days off, you can find her outside with her family, playing volleyball or skiing, seeking out live music and cheering on her kiddo's sports teams.

Larissa, also a native to Canada, grew up in Edmonton, Alberta, where she met her husband and began her world travels. During his professional hockey career she moved several times over the course of 14 years. From Montreal, Quebec to Los Angeles, California, and all the way to Nuremberg, Germany, her travels allowed her the challenging opportunity of making each unique living space a home away from home. With 2 kids and multiple rescue pets along the way, creating spaces that felt warm and welcoming, while still trendy and current, was helpful in aiding with the transitional adjustments that came with frequent relocation. Now that her husband has retired, they have settled with their 2 children and 4 fur babies in Verona, Wisconsin. Having the time to customize her forever home decor has become a welcomed pastime for her, along with hanging with her family by the pool and a good book or hitting the slopes on her snowboard during the Winter season. Ready to embark on this new chapter of her life, Larissa is excited to apply her passion and knowledge for interior decor to the Real Estate profession!
